Bethany Marianne is a light lyric soprano from Suffolk. She achieved a distinction in her ABRSM grade 8 singing examination and a distinction in her ARSM (Associate of the Royal Schools of Music) diploma. Following her dissertation performance and four years of Conservatoire training, Bethany has achieved a First Class Honours degree (Bachelor of Music) in Classical Vocal Performance.
Bethany has performed in many different genres of music. She has experience of Opera, Oratorio, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Jazz, Renaissance, Classical. She has studied French, German and Italian and additionally has performed in Russian and Latin.
Bethany is thrilled to have had opportunities to perform in numerous notable locations including Ravenna in Italy, Chartres Cathedral in France, Quarr Abbey IoW, Canterbury Cathedral, Arundel Cathedral, Goodwood House and Chichester Cathedral. In addition, she has performed on the renowned Snape Maltings Concert Hall stage in Suffolk. Bethany has performed multiple concerts alongside the Otter Consort in Belgium. Venues included Saint Saviour’s Cathedral, Bruges, Saint Bavo’s Cathedral, Ghent and The Menin Gate, Ypres. Bethany was invited to perform the part of First Witch in a setting of Dido and Aeneas in Lewes by the East Sussex Bach Choir.
